Returns

We accept returns under these conditions:

  • Wrong or Damaged Item: If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged.
  • Defective Product: If the item has a manufacturing defect.
  • Missing Parts: If a product is missing any essential parts.

To process a return:

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide clear photos of the issue.
  3. The item must be unused, in original packaging (if applicable).

Refunds

Refunds are offered in these cases:

  • Lost in Transit: If the order is not delivered within 45 days (USA, Australia, NZ) or 60 days (other countries) from the shipping date.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If the item is broken or unusable.
  • Item Not as Described: If the product is completely different from what was advertised.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided.
  • Minor variations in colour or design.
  • Delayed delivery due to customs or unforeseen events.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us with your order number and issue details.
  2. Attach photos or screenshots as proof.
  3. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.

Replacements & Exclusive Discount

  • Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement if eligible.
  • As a token of appreciation, if you opt for a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll give you a 15% discount on your next purchase!

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, dislike, etc.), the buyer covers the return shipping.
